The role of Customer Relations at DACHSER

As a true interface between our customers and our operations, the Customer Relations department plays a key role in branch performance, service quality, and the loyalty of our customer portfolio, within an international and transversal environment.

Your mission

Within the Customer Relations department, you are at the heart of the DACHSER customer experience. As the preferred contact for your portfolio, you ensure rigorous and proactive daily follow-up, in close connection with the operational teams.

Your role is key: guaranteeing service quality, anticipating anomalies, and actively contributing to the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, in an international and digitalized environment.

Your main responsibilities: Ensure proactive and qualitative customer follow-up, in line with customer expectations and priorities Handle anomalies and complaints in a structured and factual manner Manage administrative tasks related to transport activity Interact closely with sales, operations, and support function teams Alert in case of recurring malfunctions Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience

With a background in transport, logistics, customer relations, or international trade, you wish to invest yourself in an operational position in direct contact with customers.

You appreciate dynamic, structured, and performance-oriented environments.

Comfortable in both written and oral communication, including in English, you know how to analyze a situation, prioritize your actions, and propose suitable solutions.

Your sense of service, your rigor, and your ability to work transversally make you a reliable and committed player in customer relations.
