You wish to contribute to the development of our customers by managing international goods flows.

Within our headquarters in Chanverrie and reporting to the Operations management, your main mission will be the animation and management of Quality, Hygiene, and Environment for the DACHSER France network in connection with the orientations of the group based in Germany.

As a Certification Project Manager M/F, your tasks will be to:

• Support HACCP, SQAS certified agencies in support of the HMR (Hygiene Manager Regional)
• Support agencies in the implementation of ISO 9001/ IFS/GDP certification in voluntary agencies in support of the HMR (Hygiene Manager Regional)
• Prepare and conduct internal audits (surveillance audits) as well as certification audits for the agencies.
• Lead the HMR (Hygiene Manager Regional) community
• Lead and update the central manual of the HACCP network
• Manage and update procedures, instructions, tools, and supports in collaboration with the HMR (hygiene manager régionaux)
• Train employees in good practices and certification requirements as needed
• Handle central non-conformities
• Conduct regulatory monitoring in collaboration with an external organization and disseminate this monitoring to the network.

Travel is to be expected within the national territory (50% of the time).

With higher education in Quality / Hygiene / Safety / Environment, you benefit from significant experience in the agri-food industry.

You have knowledge of standards such as HACCP, IFS, ISO, BRC and you master the various subjects relating to the quality management system in the agri-food system. You master project management techniques and tools (planning, organization, and supervision).

As the group operates in an international context, you have a good level of English and benefit from strong writing and oral skills.

You also possess a good mastery of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint...).

Possessing good interpersonal skills, you are curious, pedagogical, rigorous, and know how to work in a team. Your reactivity, your openness of mind, and your ability to lead, unite, and convince make you a preferred interlocutor. Organized and methodical, you know how to manage priorities.
