Tasks

• Written and telephone support for incoming customer inquiries, including Track and Tracing of shipments

• Processing of complaints and Troubleshooting

• Customer Care Management national and international

• Carrying out warehouse control rounds

• Close cooperation and coordination with other departments

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or freight forwarding vocational training

• Relevant experience in the service area of a logistics company

• English in spoken and written form (Level B2), other foreign languages an advantage

• High service orientation and very good communication skills

• Strong teamwork skills and precise way of working

• Interest in IT-driven logistics

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement with overpayment based on professional experience and qualification. The minimum salary for the position is currently €2,352.50 gross per month for full-time employment.
