Tasks
- You act as a consultant and provider of ideas for all hierarchical levels in the company.
- You act as a pilot: You analyze logistics processes, identify weaknesses, and implement measures for improvement.
- Dynamic times require agile professionals: Based on performance evaluations, benchmarks, and key figures, you support management at the location in operational and strategic decision-making.
- You are responsible for the analysis, determination, and preparation of monthly results, annual planning, and forecasts.
- You actively drive improvement measures, accompany their implementation with the operational teams, and ensure measurable results.
- You moderate meetings, present results confidently, and convince even demanding partners.
Qualifications
- Committed controlling beginners as well as experienced individuals with technical expertise and years of experience are welcome.
- Ideally, you bring experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding training.
- A current or completed degree in the field of Controlling/Finance and/or business administration training provides a good foundation for this task.
- Professional experience and a high understanding of complex processes are an advantage.
- You have very good IT skills, especially in MS-Excel, and ideally also have experience with SAP Fi/Co.
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
- You are open to improvements, thinking operationally and solution-oriented.
- You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and a careful and precise way of working.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement with overpayment based on professional experience and qualification. The minimum salary for the position is currently €2,738.10 gross per month for full-time employment.
