Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Receptionist Welcome and greet visitors, candidates, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain the reception area in a professional and organized condition.
Manage visitor registration and issue visitor access cards when required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared for visitors and employees.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and documents.
Administrative Support Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as required.
Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, records, and filing systems.
Manage office supplies and stationery, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
Support the organization of internal meetings, events, and company activities.
Handle administrative requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Maintain accurate records of office-related expenses, invoices, and services when required.
Office Management Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, courier, and other facility service providers.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in reception, administration, office management, or a similar role.
Previous experience in a multinational or FMCG environment is an advantage.
Very good command of English and Arabic.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
