  1. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement Dabur Egypt’s annual and monthly e-commerce strategy in line with overall business and brand objectives.

Define e-commerce growth opportunities across marketplaces, quick commerce, pure players, and other relevant online channels .

Develop channel-specific plans for Dabur’s key categories and brands.

Identify emerging consumer and e-commerce trends and translate them into commercial opportunities.

Set channel targets, action plans, and KPIs to deliver sustainable growth.

  1. E-Commerce Sales & Commercial Performance

Own e-commerce sales targets and deliver revenue, volume, and profitability objectives.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance versus targets.

Analyze sales trends, conversion, traffic, average order value, assortment, and promotional effectiveness.

Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.

Optimize the online product portfolio to maximize sales and profitability.

  1. Marketplace & Partner Management

Manage relationships with key e-commerce and quick-commerce partners.

Lead commercial discussions related to visibility, promotions, assortment, pricing, and online activation .

Ensure strong execution of Dabur products across partner platforms.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, product visibility, and rankings.

Develop joint business plans with strategic e-commerce partners.

  1. Digital Shelf & Content Excellence

Ensure Dabur products have strong and consistent online visibility.

Own the quality and accuracy of: Product titles and descriptions

Product images and content

Pricing

Promotions

Product availability

Search visibility

Ratings and reviews

Continuously improve the digital shelf to increase conversion and shopper engagement.

Ensure new product launches are effectively activated across e-commerce channels.

  1. E-Commerce Marketing & Brand Activation

Partner with Brand Marketing to translate brand strategies into effective e-commerce activations.

Develop online promotional calendars aligned with key consumer occasions and commercial priorities.

Plan and execute campaigns around key events such as Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, back-to-school, and other relevant shopping occasions .

Optimize digital media and promotional investment to maximize traffic, conversion, and ROI.

Ensure consistency between Dabur’s offline and online brand communication.

  1. Supply & Availability

Work closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams to maintain optimum stock availability across online channels.

Monitor out-of-stock levels, fulfillment, order cancellations, and delivery performance .

Forecast e-commerce demand and communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure successful execution of new product launches and promotional activities from a supply perspective.

  1. Data, Analytics & Insights

Develop regular e-commerce performance dashboards and reports.

Track key KPIs including: Sales & growth

Market/share performance where available

Traffic

Conversion rate

Average order value

Return on investment

Product availability

Search ranking

Promotional effectiveness

Use data and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.

Provide actionable recommendations to Brand, Sales, and Business teams.

  1. Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the key e-commerce point of contact across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service .

Ensure alignment between e-commerce plans and overall Dabur business priorities.

Lead cross-functional projects related to online growth and digital transformation.

Coordinate with agencies, technology partners, marketplaces, and other external stakeholders.

  1. Consumer & Shopper Experience

Ensure a seamless online shopper journey across Dabur’s e-commerce channels.

Monitor consumer reviews, ratings, questions, and feedback.

Identify opportunities to improve online customer experience and brand perception.

Use shopper insights to improve assortment, content, promotions, and overall e-commerce execution.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .

5–8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online sales, or commercial roles.

Strong experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare, or related categories is preferred.

Proven experience managing major e-commerce or quick-commerce platforms.

Strong understanding of online shopper behavior, digital marketing, marketplace operations, and commercial planning.

Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and business reporting tools .

Experience with e-commerce analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
