Your tasks:
- Assembly, integration and modification of electrical and optical Laser Communication Terminals (LCT) system assemblies
- Carrying out basic electrical and optical tests during the assembly process
- Splicing of optical fibers
- Inline inspection of intermediate results as well as quality testing
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of precision mechanics, optics, optoelectronics or electronics
- Experience in the assembly and adjustment of optical devices and systems is desirable
- Knowledge of soldering and crimping aerospace products (ideally with certification) is an advantage
- Experience in the handling and processing of optical fibers is desirable
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
