Join Our Dynamic Team as an T&C Engineer! We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers to join our team and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support ACMV project tasks with a strong focus on Testing & Commissioning (T&C) . Drive technical execution, site supervision, and drawing review to ensure compliance with design intent. Prepare and manage work schedules, material plans, and requisitions; monitor delivery and usage. Conduct thorough daily inspections and ensure installations meet ACMV specifications and local codes. Oversee and execute T&C activities including system performance verification, troubleshooting, and reporting. Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors to resolve technical and coordination issues. Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports, documentation, and inspection records. Provide input on cost estimation and resource tracking. Report directly to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager.

Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in ACMV Testing & Commissioning (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, and related systems). At least 5 years of related industry experiences and in Testing & Commissioning Singaporean / PR preferred Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, equipment sizing, heat load calculations, and compliance with ASHRAE, Singapore building codes, and Green Mark standards. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/shop drawing tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet project milestones.
