ON-CALL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL TRAINERS
The trainers will conduct competency-based training, prepare session plans and learning materials, facilitate practical activities, monitor trainee performance, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with TESDA training regulations. Trainers are needed for the following qualifications:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Holder of the appropriate National Certificate for the qualification to be handled
- Holder of Trainers Methodology Level I (TM I) or National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)
- Preferably with at least one year of relevant industry or training experience
- Knowledgeable in competency-based training and assessment
- Able to prepare session plans, learning materials, attendance records, and other TESDA-required documents
- Possesses good communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills
- Driving trainer applicants must possess a valid professional driver’s license
- Willing to work on an on-call or training-schedule basis
