Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised, and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique culinary studio. You will be the backbone of our space—managing corporate teambuilding events, coordinating schedules, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless, top-tier culinary experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations & Studio Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the studio, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Manage studio calendar bookings, including private corporate events, social parties, and regular cooking classes.
  • Coordinate logistics for event setups, turnaround times between classes, and space allocation.
  1. Event & Client Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and private clients on the day of their events, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with corporate event organisers to customise menus, dietary restrictions (e.g., healthier choices, allergies), and event timelines.
  • Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and email bookings efficiently.
  1. Team Leadership & Scheduling
  • Manage the schedules, rosters, and deployment of in-house and freelance chefs, kitchen assistants, and cleaning staff.
  • Supervise floor staff during high-volume corporate events to ensure smooth execution from welcome drinks to final cleanup.
  1. Inventory & Procurement
  • Oversee stock control for kitchen ingredients, professional appliances, beverages, and studio supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely ingredient ordering, ensuring freshness and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and equipment technicians to minimize studio downtime.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B operations, event management, or service-oriented studio management.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage tight timelines and fast event turnarounds.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suited for corporate clients.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—able to handle unexpected kitchen or event hiccups calmly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on scheduled corporate events or private classes.
