A Beautician provides professional beauty and personal care services to customers, helping them improve their appearance, skin condition, and overall grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.
• Assess customers’ skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Perform cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks and other facial procedures.
• Provide eyebrow shaping, waxing, hair removal and other grooming services where required.
• Operate beauty equipment and treatment machines safely and correctly.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare instructions to customers.
• Recommend and sell suitable skincare and beauty products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilise tools and equipment after use.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Maintain customer treatment records and appointment information.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to customers’ concerns.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.
• Assist with salon operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
