Direct Sales Agent – Banking
Personal Loans | Credit Cards | Unsecured Lending | Fixed Monthly Basic + Sales Commission Join an established Banking Telesales Team with a Bank Sector Client Based in Singapore , specialising in unsecured retail banking products including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, CashPlus and Balance Transfers . This is a target-driven outbound sales role where you will contact existing bank customers using leads provided , recommend suitable banking products and work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. The role offers a fixed monthly basic salary together with monthly sales commissions , with additional performance-based rewards for successful performers. Job Highlights Fixed monthly basic salary

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Persuade and engage customers professionally regarding relevant retail banking products
Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers on pending applications
Follow up on income documents and other supporting documents required for application submission
Maintain a strong sales focus while providing good customer service
Handle multiple customer cases and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
Work independently while contributing within a team-oriented sale
