Job Summary
Join our team as a Senior Hair Stylist, delivering expert hair services and consultations while contributing to salon sales targets and maintaining high standards of professionalism and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Perform hair cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding, and styling services with precision and creativity
- Recommend appropriate hair and scalp treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction and hair health
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and professionalism in all client interactions and salon operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and salon-wide sales targets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience
- Strong skills in hair cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding, and styling
- Ability to provide professional consultation and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, motivated, and service-oriented attitude
- Existing customer base is an advantage

- Salary: $4,000 – $7,000+ per month
