Customer Experience Leader – Insurance Industry

Your tasks

We are looking for a Customer Experience Leader! Are you passionate about improving customer experience, analyzing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a Customer Experience Leader to join a major organization in the insurance industry, contributing to the development of strategies and initiatives aimed at strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main functions: Analyze and map the customer journey during the different stages of their experience with the company's products and services. Identify gaps, needs, and improvement opportunities at different customer touchpoints. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, working transversally with different areas of the organization. Lead projects focused on improving customer experience and satisfaction. Perform tracking and monitoring of customer experience indicators, such as NPS, complaints, and digital reputation. Develop and present action plans, progress, and results, proposing solutions aimed at optimizing processes and the customer experience.

Requirements: Professional degree in Ingeniería Comercial or Ingeniería Civil Industrial. Desirable experience participating in projects or processes with an impact on customer experience. Desirable postgraduate studies in Customer Experience, Service Design, or Innovation. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Intermediate English, excellent writing, grammar, and spelling.
