Have you always wanted to work in the travel industry? Then Cygnific offers a great opportunity. As a customer service representative, you are in direct contact with travel agents. You provide them with the best service and help them keep their customers satisfied. The travel agents have a lot of knowledge about the travel world, and together with them, you search for the most suitable solution.

Communication with the travel agents takes place via various communication channels; think of telephone, email, and chat. In addition to answering questions from travel agents, you assist the website for the travel agents and keep your knowledge up to date. Cygnific works according to Lean Six Sigma. Therefore, it is important that you proactively think along about improving the work process. Besides the fact that you are a point of contact for travel agents and contribute to process improvement, processing reservation requests and stimulating sales activities (up-selling/cross-selling/customer satisfaction) is an extra task that you enjoy taking on.

WHO ARE YOU?

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has MBO working and thinking level;
• Has excellent English and German communication skills (near-native level);
• Can quickly master computer systems;
• Can both work in a team and take on responsibilities independently;
• Can come up with new ideas in a creative way to improve service;
• Is empathetic and service-oriented, someone who wants to put in just a little more effort for a customer than others;
• Has experience or affinity with call centers and the travel or aviation industry;
• Enjoys working with professionals in the travel industry.

WE OFFER

• A full-time contract of 7 months, with the intention to extend this for a long time;
