Technical Solar Sales Representative

We are hiring an energetic Technical Solar Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and support installers, resellers and end-users across Uganda, mainly Central region.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in and call-in clients at the office/showroom in Kireka. Sell a full range of products:

o Hybrid inverters

o Lithium batteries

o Solar panels

o Solar streetlights, floodlights, and portable power stations.

Conduct site visits (often with a technician) to size solar systems and help close sales. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until closing. Manage leads coming from phone, WhatsApp and social media. Visit installers, electricians, hardware shops and partners to promote Cworth products. Work with set monthly sales targets and submit simple sales report

Minimum Requirements

Education: At least a Diploma in one of the following:

Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering-related field with a strong interest in solar. At least 3 months experience in solar sales or technical sales. Ability to understand basic solar sizing and system components (inverters, batteries, panels, MPPTs). Strong spoken and written English . Spoken Luganda. Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, email . Confident using WhatsApp and social media for sales and client follow-up. Comfortable working with monthly targets .

Added Advantage

Bachelors in any of the above-mentioned fields Prior experience selling Cworth products Existing network of installers, electricians or hardware shops . Valid driving license (car) for field visits.
