Your tasks

We are recruiting an experienced Shift Technician to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting plant reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Diagnose electrical faults and minimise production downtime.
• Support installation, project and equipment improvement work.
• Work alongside mechanical and production teams to maintain plant performance.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

What we offer

Requirements

• Time-served electrical apprenticeship and ONC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• PLC, instrumentation and inverter experience advantageous.

Shift Technician Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
