Shift Supervisor

Night Shift Production Supervisor £37,440-£39,780 + Overtime | Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am Tipton, West Midlands We're recruiting for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing operation, taking responsibility for a small team and ensuring the smooth running of production throughout the night shift. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who has previously worked as a Machine Operator or Production Operative and has progressed into a supervisory position. You'll be responsible for leading the team while also getting involved with machinery and supporting production on the shop floor. The Role Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 staff

Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved

Implement and maintain Health & Safety standards across the shift

Complete shift handovers and production paperwork

Monitor and develop KPIs and performance

Support machine operation and troubleshoot mechanical issues

Carry out basic mechanical work on production machinery

Ensure the shift runs efficiently and safely

Train and develop team members

Work closely with other shifts to ensure a smooth handover

About You 2+ years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production environment

Previous machine operating experience

Mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery

FLT experience

Comfortable leading a small team and managing the shop floor

Good understanding of Health & Safety

Able to complete paperwork and shift handovers

No formal qualifications required - experience is the key requirement

45 hours per week

Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am

Overtime available / shift allowance as and when

16 days holiday + bank holidays
