Host Live

Key Responsibilities :

• Host live streaming sessions on Shopee Live, Instagram Live, and other designated platforms.
• Introduce and demonstrate products clearly, confidently, and attractively to viewers.
• Engage with audiences by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging interaction throughout the live session.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, special offers, and new product launches to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-camera presence that reflects the company's brand image.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets during live streaming sessions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to prepare live content, promotional materials, and product displays.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability before each live session.
• Review live performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure the live streaming area, equipment, and product displays are organized and presentable before, during, and after each session.
• Assist in creating short-form video content or promotional content when required.

Job requirements :

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Male/Female, aged 18–30 years old, with an attractive appearance and confidence in front of the camera.
• Strong communication skills, flexible schedule, and punctual.
• Understand and explain products well.
• Creative, expressive, and able to deliver live sessions in an engaging way.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and able to build interaction with the audience.
• Familiar with and comfortable using Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram live streaming platforms.
• Passionate about live streaming and experienced in sales or product promotion is a plus.
