JJ Pet House & Vet Care is opening an opportunity to join us for the Reception position for placement at the Jimbaran Branch.

We are looking for candidates who are friendly, communicative, meticulous, and have good customer service skills, as well as being comfortable interacting with animals and pet owners.

Qualifications: Minimum education of SMA/SMK Not disgusted by and not afraid of animals Friendly, communicative, and has a good attitude Able to provide good service to customers/pet owners Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Inggris, both orally and in writing Has basic administration and computer skills Able and willing to learn to operate clinic systems/software Able to use EDC machines and perform payment transactions Meticulous in performing data input, recording, and administration Able to work in shifts because the clinic operates 24 hours Able to work individually or in a team Willing to work according to SOP and company regulations Disciplined, responsible, has initiative, and able to work in situations that require multitasking Willing to be placed in the Jimbaran Branch

Job Description: Welcoming and serving pet owners in a friendly and professional manner Performing registration processes and patient reception Organizing and confirming appointments Answering customer questions via WhatsApp, telephone, or in person Performing input and updates of patient data in the clinic system Performing payment transactions and using EDC machines Creating and providing information related to invoices/payment receipts Assisting with front office administration and daily recording Coordinating with veterinarians, paramedics, and the team regarding patient needs Ensuring the reception area remains neat, clean, and comfortable Handling customer needs and questions according to SOP Helping to ensure the patient service flow runs smoothly
