We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented Cleaning Service to join our team.

CLEANING SERVICE - NOVA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Cleaning Service is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and presentation of all guest and operational areas, including:

• Gym and fitness areas
• Sauna & Hammam
• Cold Plunge area
• Swimming Pool & poolside area
• Changing rooms & lockers
• Shower & toilet facilities
• Reception, corridors & public areas
• Staff and back-of-house areas

Main responsibilities :

• Perform daily cleaning, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Clean and maintain gym equipment and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of wet areas and ensure floors are safe and free from excessive water.
• Clean toilets, showers, changing rooms, lockers, mirrors, and public areas.
• Empty and manage waste bins properly.
• Replenish cleaning and guest supplies when required.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to SOP.
• Immediately report maintenance, safety, hygiene, or facility issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, fresh, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Provide polite and professional assistance to guests when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum education: Junior/Senior High School or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel, villa, spa, gym, wellness, housekeeping, or cleaning service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good physical condition and able to perform active cleaning duties.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and reliable.
• Good attention to detail and strong cleanliness awareness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and guest-service attitude.
• Basic English is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and follow company SOP and safety procedures.

Language Requirements :

• Good English speaking and communication skills is a MUST.
