Reservation & Operations Assisttant

About the Role Bali Mana Travel & Experiences is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Reservation & Operations Specialist to join our team in Canggu, Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel reservations and coordinating day-to-day tour operations, ensuring that bookings, guests, drivers, and local suppliers are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel, tour, transfer, and overall travel reservations efficiently.
• Coordinate daily tour operations, logistics, drivers, and local suppliers.
• Process booking requests and manage confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer support to guests and partners.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, drivers, and the internal team.
• Handle multiple bookings and operational tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel reservations, tourism, or tour operations is required.
• Must be Balinese or have lived in Bali for at least 5 years.
• Candidates residing in or near Canggu are preferred.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
