Retail Supervisor - Fashion

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coach store promoters (SPG) to ensure performance targets are met
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor display consistency, sales readiness, and merchandising execution
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and VM activities
• Track and report store performance, customer insights, and competitor activity
• Handle SPG scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination (with support from the team)
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Warehouse) to align on timelines and goals
• Support event and pop-up execution, from preparation to on-ground coordination
• Coordinate with B2B partners, and vendors to support sales activities
• Ensure timely and detailed reporting, follow-ups, and resolution of store issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, field sales, or store operations
• Proven track record in handling multiple outlets with consistent performance results
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to travel frequently for store visits and activations
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing logistics and reporting
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
• Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
