WE ARE HIRING — IMPORT CLEARANCE TEAM LEADER Generate Recruitment Agency, in collaboration with a company operating in the freight forwarding and logistics sector, is offering an opportunity for experienced professionals to join as an Import Clearance Team Leader. This position is responsible for leading the import and export customs clearance process, ensuring the completeness of documents and permits, and optimizing clearance time to minimize additional costs.| Responsibilities:

Your tasks

• Leading the team in handling import customs documents, including PIB, and ensuring the clearance process runs on time.
• Managing cross-agency permits such as INSW, INTRADE, BPOM, Karantina, and related ministries.
• Handling customs obstacles, including Notul, Red Channel physical inspections, and CEISA 4.0 system issues.
• Ensuring the accuracy of HS Code, goods classification, and compliance with customs regulations.
• Overseeing the clearance process to minimize demurrage, storage, and unexpected costs.
• Coordinating with Bea Cukai, clients, internal teams, and overseas agents to ensure the smoothness of the shipping process.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3/S1, preferably in Logistics, Maritime Transportation, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding/PPJK, with at least 1–2 years as a Team Leader or Senior Customs Clearance Staff.
• Must possess an active Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan (PPJK).
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0, PIB/PEB, HS Code (BTKI), and the latest customs regulations.
• Understanding of import licensing processes and having experience handling Bea Cukai Tanjung Priok and Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.
• Possessing leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate actively in English for coordination with overseas agents.
