About Us:

Cuteness Overloaded Childcare is a new licensed childcare facility that offers a safe, nurturing, and play-based learning environment for children. We are seeking passionate and dedicated *Early Childhood Educator ECE ( Full Time)*.

Wage:

• *Early Childhood Educator ECE ( Full Time)*: $26?$28/hour (*including wage enhancement*)

Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Provide individualized care and guidance to meet each child?s needs.
• Create and maintain daily routines (feeding, diapering, toileting, napping) for infants and toddlers as required.
• Observe, monitor, and document children?s growth and developmental progress.
• Support the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
• Encourage positive behavior through modeling, guidance, and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children?s daily experiences, routines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and professional team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid BC License to Practice as an ECE.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Clear Criminal Record Check from the Ministry of Justice.
• 3 positive references.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
