Senior Scheduler

Job Description:

• Stationed on-site full-time for timely coordination/decision-making. • Independent assessment of contractor schedules, integration into the client master programme, progress verification, critical-path & interface analysis and programme reporting using Primavera P6. • Proactively identify, flag and escalate interface/handover risks between packages.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years' relevant experience, preferably large-scale construction projects within a main contractor or EPC environment. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil &Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • 4D BIM programme integration experience strongly preferred. • Airport project experience preferred. • Good knowledge of time-related contractual provisions, including EOT principles. • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables), able to integrate EDMS (such as Project Wise) outputs into Primavera P6. • Expert-level Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Strong communication and structured programme-presentation skills.
