BIM Manager

Job Description:

• Establish and manage BIM processes, procedures and project frameworks during the construction stage.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant BIM management experience, including at least 3 years managing BIM during the construction stage with a successful track record delivering at least 1 Project BIM Execution Plan for a construction-stage project. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent. • Completed a certified BIM Management course. • Strong multidisciplinary understanding across C&S, Architectural andM&E. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and related tools. • Practical experience in IDD, VDC and IPD. • Self-motivated, able to work independently in fast-paced environments. • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
