We are looking for an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for our IT team Germany, preferably for our locations in Hamburg or Frankfurt am Main, in full-time or part-time and permanent.
Your Tasks Collaboration in a support team (1st & 2nd Level) for several applications in a corporate environment
Interface role - EDI specialist (ideally Lobster experience)
General IT support for our employees (software and hardware) including on-site support at our German locations
Development and implementation of optimizations in the managed processes
Support of the IT team Germany in the introduction and optimization of digitalization processes

a completed IT training or degree in computer science
Professional experience in the IT sector
ideally, you bring experience from the customs or logistics sector and are familiar with systems such as Dakosy, Lobster, or the Azure environment
Programming skills are desirable
good English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany (1-2 times/month)
Structured and independent way of working as well as holistic thinking
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with other specialist departments
