Manufacturing Engineer (Process Engineer)

1. Plan, design, and improve production processes for efficiency

Analyze problems occurring in the production process and find causes along with solutions

1. Improve work procedures, reduce waste, reduce costs, and increase production efficiency

1. Prepare and update documents related to the production process, such as SOP, WI, Flow Chart, and Process Control

1. Define and improve production process work standards

Monitor and resolve quality issues arising from the production process Experiment with and evaluate new production processes, including new machinery, equipment, and working methods

1. Work together with the Production department, QC/QA department, Maintenance department, and related departments to resolve problems

1. Analyze production data and prepare reports to propose improvement guidelines

Control and monitor the production process to ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements

1. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male, Age 25 - 36 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields At least 2–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer / Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer Only candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese will be considered (either language) Have an understanding of production processes and production efficiency improvement; able to analyze problems and find root causes in the production process Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Possess data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to work well with the production department and other units Experience in the Automotive / Auto Parts industry will be specially considered
