Your tasks
Your main challenge will be to provide technical and operational support to ensure the correct functioning of the facilities, equipment, and general services of the assigned sites, guaranteeing operational continuity, compliance with safety standards, and user satisfaction.
Main responsibilities Perform periodic inspections of the facilities to detect maintenance needs. Execute or coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in electrical, sanitary, civil, and HVAC installations. Attend to and follow up on maintenance requests and internal client requirements. Supervise technical providers and contractors during the execution of work. Perform technical surveys and prepare building status reports. Control the operation of critical equipment and support systems. Manage work orders through Facilities platforms or systems. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Participate in projects for adaptation, remodeling, and infrastructure improvements. Keep technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
Requirements
Electromechanical or electrical Technical Training. (Mandatory) Solid experience in building maintenance, facilities, or technical services positions. Intermediate English proficiency.
Technical knowledge General building maintenance. Low voltage electricity. HVAC and air conditioning. Sanitary and civil installations. Reading and interpretation of blueprints. Use of IT tools (Excel, maintenance management systems, tickets)
