Industrial Buyer M/F

Your tasks

We are looking for an Industrial Buyer M/F to join our team of buyers.

As part of your missions, you will be required to maintain and develop an international Supplier portfolio. Responsible for the identification and development of your Supplier portfolio, you will ensure their compliance with our quality and technical standards while respecting the imposed deadlines and costs.

Your main missions will be

• Analyze complex purchasing and procurement situations (technological, normative, regulatory, and supplier modifications).
• Participate in the drafting of complex technical and functional specifications.
• Participate in the development of complex medium and long-term purchasing strategies.
• Monitor the purchasing budget, analyze the data of your portfolio.
• Conduct an annual review of supplier performance according to criteria defined with the purchasing department, updating their performance indicators in the database.
• Carry out purchasing activities taking into account their impact on the supply chain.
• Execute international purchasing strategies, in accordance with the plans established for each purchasing category/product.
• Prepare and present internal recommendations for areas of improvement.

Requirements

Do you hold an engineering degree in the plastics or mechanical field and have professional experience in this field?

Do you master complex purchasing techniques (regulations, standards, procedures, cost breakdown, TCO) and know customs procedures and international transport rules?

Do you know negotiation techniques, supplier relationship management, cost management and control, contract management, and how to read complex plans?

Do you master project management? You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.

You have significant experience of at least 5 years in purchasing, in a design office, in industrial project management, or in Supply Chain.

Proactive, you demonstrate rigor and autonomy.
