Responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure student progress in learning the English language through well-prepared classes conducted with excellence, following the institution's standards.
• Monitor student performance based on class participation, proposed activities, and engagement with the LXP platform (asynchronous activities), offering constant feedback and personalized academic support to students and/or guardians.
• Participate in training for the continuous improvement of pedagogical and administrative skills.
• Promote culture by participating in and encouraging adherence to cultural events offered by the institution.
• Support customer service, assisting in the level assessment of new students and collaborating with the administrative sector with academic knowledge.
• Contribute to student satisfaction and loyalty through attentive service, constant monitoring, and excellence in delivering results.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements:

• Linguistic mastery of the English language (C1 level), with excellent oral and written communication.
• Previous experience in English teaching with diverse groups (adults, children, and adolescents).

Differentials:

• Degree in Letras or related fields, or CELTA certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency certificates (CPE, for example).
