A Washington, DC-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to stimulating sustainable growth in the agricultural sector of developing and emerging economics seeks to recruit qualified candidates for its impending project. Responsibilities

The Financial Sector Capacity Building Specialist will lead technical assistance activities to Ghanaian financial intermediaries to develop their capacity to effectively assess, underwrite, and structure agricultural related transactions He/She will provide support to expand the capacity of Ghanaian financial intermediaries to undertake agriculture related investment and/or to develop agriculture lending units and agricultural certification programs

Qualification Required & Experience

Potential candidates should have extensive experience working in Ghanaian financial sector Demonstrated experience in building the capacity of financial firms, and knowledge of both the potential and constraints related to agricultural finance
