Key Account Airfreight Operations Executive
The Opportunity
Our client is an established international logistics organization looking for a hands-on and driven Airfreight Operations professional to join its Singapore team.
This is a key role supporting airfreight operations and key accounts , where you will work closely with clients, service providers and international offices to ensure shipments are handled smoothly from booking through to invoicing.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments , from receiving requests and booking through to invoicing
- Handle operational queries between clients, internal teams and service providers
- Manage freight rate requests and negotiate pricing where required
- Coordinate with service providers on rates, service levels and operational issues
- Ensure shipment information and operational processes are accurately maintained in CargoWise
- Monitor shipment quality and ensure operational procedures and service standards are followed
- Work with international offices to understand and develop airfreight trade lanes
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Support and mentor junior team members / learners
- Maintain accurate operational and statistical information
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics
- Hands-on experience in airfreight import and export operations
- Good understanding of logistics, warehousing, customs and freight rates
- Experience with CargoWise is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and service providers
- Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership
- A strong willingness to learn and take on responsibilities beyond your immediate role
