Cashier

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the cash register is balanced and maintaining proper records Supporting store security by preventing fraudulent transactions. Process card and digital payments efficiently. Ensure each transaction is accurately recorded in the system. Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies. Verify the authenticity of transfer receipts and prevent fraudulent payments. Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and policies. Handle complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
