Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel operators, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for marine and offshore operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and technical solutions.
- Support supply chain activities, including procurement coordination, logistics, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
- Assist customers with operational and technical queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare technical reports, service updates, quotations, and customer correspondence.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Marine Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of marine systems, vessel operations, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and procurement processes.
- Ability to interact with clients and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel and conduct client visits when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
