LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and Pre-commissioning Supervisor (M/F)

As part of a large-scale European project in renewable hydrogen production (200 MW), we are looking for a LOTO and Pre-commissioning Supervisor. You will join the site team of a major player in industrial gases and global engineering, based in the Le Havre sector (Normandy).

Your key missions LOTO Management: preparation and validation of isolation files in connection with the HSE team, management of system boundaries, verification of zero energy, and maintenance of the register. Pre-commissioning Supervision: monitoring across all disciplines - piping (blinds, flanges, double isolation, purging), electricity (BT/HT), and instrumentation. Safety and Compliance: auditing high-risk work permits, strict application of safety/quality standards, and monitoring subcontractor compliance. Start-up Monitoring: participation in loop-checks, line inspections, and troubleshooting until commissioning.

Experience: at least 8 years of field experience in pre-commissioning / commissioning, ideally acquired in the industrial gases or Oil & Gas sector.

Skills: advanced LOTO expertise, rigorous HSE culture, fluent English.

Required Certifications: electrical (minimum H0-B0, BR / H1V preferred), confined spaces, working at heights, VCA / chemical risk.
