As part of the development of our activities in the MedTech sector, we are looking for an Industrialization Manager (M/F).

Your missions:

• Manage the industrialization team: definition of activities, resource management, and supporting the transformation of the department
• Write and drive Design Transfer Plans and Master Validation Plans
• Select and install new production and control equipment
• Define manufacturing and inspection processes, perform feasibility demonstrations and risk analyses
• Qualify and validate manufacturing and control processes
• Manage outsourced industrialization and ensure the drafting of the DMR (supplier specifications, manufacturing and control ranges)
• Create article masterdata, BOMs, and routings
• Train manufacturing operators and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to scaling up: increasing capacity and reducing manufacturing costs

With a degree from an engineering school or a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 8 years of management experience in an Industrialization or Methods department, ideally in a medical device environment. You also meet these criteria:

• Mastery of manufacturing and assembly techniques in mechatronics, electronics, or AIMD
• Knowledge of production organizations in a constrained industrial environment
• Experience in qualification and validation of processes, equipment, and computerized systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices in a cleanroom environment
