As part of the development of our activities in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager (SQAM). Integrated into the supplier platforms and in direct link with the Industrialization, Purchasing, and Procurement teams, you will be the preferred interface with external suppliers and stakeholders.

Your main missions:

  • Industrial Validation Files (DVI): Ensure the compliance and completeness of Quality deliverables at each phase of the project.
  • Verify or contribute to the drafting and validation of industrial validation files (FAI/PPAP, process AMDEC, monitoring plans).
  • Guarantee documentary traceability (changes, validations, updates).
  • Participate in milestone reviews (preparation, collection of evidence, follow-up of action plans).
  • Sign validation documents according to the granted delegation.
  • Handling of reception non-conformities: Handle discrepancies identified in the ERP SAP.
  • Communicate discrepancies to the relevant functions to ensure closure (procurement officer, logistics, etc.).
  • Propose and manage supplier action plans in order to limit non-conformities upon reception.

Conducting audits:

  • Request and analyze necessary documents from suppliers.
  • Conduct audits according to the provided templates and questionnaires.
  • Create and follow up on audit non-conformities if necessary.

Updating Quality Info Sheets (FIQ):

  • Ensure monitoring until the end of FIQ validation.
  • Analyze blocking points and take into account the necessary actions to lift reservations.
  • Update FIQs within the framework of interoperations according to standards.
  • Report progress to the SQAM and Head of Department, while measuring performance.

Technical skills:

  • Proven mastery of the product Quality process.
  • Good mastery of the SAP tool.
  • Mastery of project management methods (risk analysis, transverse management, schedule monitoring).
  • Fluent English required (drafting deliverables in French and/or English depending on the origin of the suppliers).
