As part of its activities, CTS is recruiting an Aeronautical Technical Writer to manage the update and evolution of aircraft maintenance documentation.
Your Missions:
- Technical writing: Write and update maintenance and repair manuals.
- BE data analysis: Analyze input data from the Bureau d'Études (design plans, digital models, technical reports) to translate them into clear and applicable maintenance instructions.
- Compliance with standards: Guarantee strict conformity of the documentation to international aeronautical standards (S1000D, ATA100, iSpec2200).
- Technical interface: Collaborate closely with designers, systems experts, and technical illustrators.
From Bac (aircraft mechanic/electrician from the field with strong experience) to Bac+2 / Bac+4 (BTS Aéronautique, Licence Pro Maintenance Aéro, or equivalent).
Key skills:
Mastery of structured XML/SGML writing tools (such as Arbortext).
Fluent reading of industrial plans and digital models (CATIA V5).
Technical English imperative (read, written, drafted) according to the ASD-STE100 standard.
