As a Nuclear Component Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for: Qualifying electronic components for nuclear applications, in compliance with international standards (IEC, MIL-STD, etc.) and customer requirements. Designing and implementing qualification plans: Defining test protocols (thermal, mechanical, radiation, etc.) and analyzing results to validate component compliance. Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors: Evaluating their ability to provide components meeting the required quality and reliability criteria. Leading laboratory tests: Supervising test campaigns, analyzing data, and writing detailed technical reports. Participating in continuous improvement: Proposing optimizations to strengthen component robustness and reduce technical risks. Ensuring technological and regulatory monitoring: Staying informed about regulatory evolutions and innovations in the field of high-reliability components.

Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, materials physics, or nuclear engineering. Experience: Minimum 4 years in component qualification, ideally in the nuclear, aerospace, or defense sectors. Technical skills:
Mastery of qualification standards (IEC 60780, MIL-STD-883, etc.) and testing methods (thermal, vibration, accelerated aging, etc.). Knowledge of electronic components (passive, active, power modules) and their behavior in severe environments. Experience in technical project management and in writing quality documentation.
Languages: Fluent English mandatory (working language). German is a major asset for local exchanges. Soft skills: Rigor, analytical spirit, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to communicate with international interlocutors.
