Mechanical Design Engineer - Airbus Helicopters / Super Puma Experience (M/F)

CTS is recruiting a mechanical design engineer specialized in CATIA V5 to participate in the modification study works of a helicopter's primary structure. Integrated into the Design Office of our client, a major player in the aeronautical industry, the assigned tasks are as follows:

• Analyze technical specifications and propose design and integration solutions.
• Determine dimensions for parts, sub-assemblies, or assemblies.
• Perform 3D studies and models and develop the study file.
• Perform 2D drafting, assembly, and detail drawings / drawing packages.
• Create assembly and mounting plans.
• Create and update the bills of materials (BOM) for drawings and definition files.
• Write certification documents.

Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanical engineering (engineering school or university), you have a successful first experience (internship, apprenticeship...) in the field of design applied to aeronautical mechanical assemblies (or Defense).

Prerequisites: You must imperatively have experience within the Airbus Helicopters environment. Specific knowledge or experience with the Super Puma family is a major asset for this position.

Mastery of CATIA V5 (3D, surfacing, Aerospace Sheetmetal, etc.).

Technical English required.
