Senior Packaging and Digital Workplace Expert M/F

Within our IT consulting company, we support large organizations in the modernization and management of their IT infrastructure. To meet the urgent need of one of our key accounts, we are looking for a Senior Packaging and Digital Workplace Expert.

This position is based in Essonne (directly accessible via RER B), with a schedule of 3 days of remote work per week.

Your Missions: Integrated into the Digital Workplace team, you will guarantee the integration, quality, and remote distribution of applications on the workstation environment:

• Application Packaging: Design, create, and maintain complex application packages in various formats (MSI, MSIX).
• Engineering and Scripting: Develop and maintain installation, customization, and automation scripts via PowerShell.
• Remote Distribution: Ensure the deployment, monitoring, and management of the application fleet via SCCM / MECM.
• Troubleshooting and N3 Support: Perform advanced system and application debugging during integration or deployment failures.
• Workstation Engineering: Contribute to the evolution of the workstation environment and ensure compliance with exploitability standards.

Bac +3 with at least 7 years of experience in Packaging

Required technical skills:

• Packaging and Tools (Mandatory): Confirmed expertise in InstallShield, creation and modification of MSI / MSIX files.
• Deployment and Scripting (Mandatory): Advanced mastery of SCCM / MECM and a very solid level in PowerShell scripting.
• Workstation Environment: Excellent knowledge of the Windows ecosystem and system debugging.
• Knowledge of macOS workstation management via JAMF.
• Mastery of Group Policy objects and the Active Directory directory.
• Notions of cybersecurity applied to the workstation (hardening, rights).
• Professional English to operate in an international context.
