Agile Coach and DevSecOps / Software Craftsmanship Trainer F/M
Within our IT consulting company, we support major technological transformation departments in modernizing their practices, spreading DevOps culture, and building awareness of Cloud architectures. As part of supporting the DevSecOps and Cloud strategy of a major banking client, we are looking for an Agile Coach and DevSecOps / Software Craftsmanship Trainer.
Reporting to the Technological Transformation Department, your main mission will be to support, train, and coach IT teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, testers) around DevOps culture (CALMS pillars), continuous delivery, and software engineering.
This position is based in Île-de-France.
Your Missions:
- Design and Delivery of DevSecOps Training (Core Mission)
Content and Lab Creation: Design, build, and maintain theoretical and practical training paths (Tutorials / Labs) adapted to the learners' needs.
Training and Follow-up: Lead training sessions (general awareness and expert level) for IT teams and ensure individual and collective skill monitoring.
Culture and Practices: Support teaching based on solid technical expertise and the pillars of DevOps culture (CALMS, automation, feedback, integrated security).
- Agile Coaching, Craftsmanship, and Transformation
Team Coaching: Support Scrum and product teams to lead them toward autonomy and adapt agile practices to their context.
Art of Code (Craftsmanship): Raise awareness and train developers in software engineering best practices (clean code, testing strategies, API design).
Governance and Framework: Define, evolve, and deploy the organization's agile and DevSecOps practice framework.
Community Animation: Set up and lead the community of Scrum Masters and DevSecOps champions to encourage the sharing of lessons learned (REX).
Required technical and DevSecOps skills: Methods and CI/CD (Mandatory): Proven expertise in DevSecOps approaches and the continuous delivery chain (CI/CD).
Containers and GitOps Deployment (Mandatory): Advanced practice of Red Hat OpenShift and ArgoCD.
Development and Quality (Important): Solid skills in development (Python or Java), API design, and Testing strategies (unit, integration, automated).
Infrastructure as Code and CI Tools (Desirable): Knowledge of GitLab CI, Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, XL Deploy or XL Release.
Languages and Soft Skills: Professional English mandatory: Ability to lead sessions and write training materials in English.
Pedagogy and Coaching Posture: Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, patience, and ease in conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Natural leadership, ability to motivate, and support change management.
