Taxi drivers wanted in Malmö

As part of the construction of a new production plant in Casablanca, Morocco, for one of our partners, we are looking for a Junior Transversal Project Manager / Industrial Means Investment Pilot.

Under the responsibility of the project management, you will be in charge of piloting the acquisition and commissioning process of industrial means, from the requirement expression phase to the final receipt of the equipment.

Your Main Missions

• Establish the project Six Pack and ensure the initial scoping.
• Pilot the official launch of the project and the associated management methodology.

• Perform data and requirement collection from the business teams.

Sourcing and Equipment Procurement:

• Draft the consultation Cahier des Charges (CDC) in collaboration with experts and subject matter experts.
• Analyze the technical/financial offers received and perform the required upgrades.

• Prepare and lead the Commission de Choix de Fournisseur (CCF).
• Formalize the order specifications.

Execution and Business Monitoring:

• Organize and prepare the Kick-off meeting with the selected supplier.
• Monitor the proper execution of the realization contract.

• Anticipate and pilot the milestones for preliminary, provisional, and final equipment receptions.

Technical Skills

Education: Bac+5 (Engineering School or equivalent Master's degree) with a first significant experience / internship in industrial project management.

Mastery of project management fundamentals (risk analysis, planning, transversal piloting, communication).

Good knowledge of industrial production means.

Ability to facilitate and lead multidisciplinary meetings.

Languages: Fluent English mandatory (international exchanges / suppliers).
