During this Graduate Program – Service Engineer to Mechanical Design Engineer, you will get the chance to thoroughly get to know all facets of the machines and technology. During the first two years, you will build international practical experience as a Service Engineer. Phase 1: Service Engineer (first ±2 years – approximately 80% international travel)

As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Installing and commissioning machines at customer sites worldwide
• Planning and coordinating installations in consultation with the customer
• Performing maintenance and resolving technical malfunctions on-site
• Testing and optimizing machines during the startup phase
• Reporting performed activities and providing technical feedback to the engineering department
• Building thorough knowledge of the machines, components, applications, and customer processes
• Approximately 80% international travel during the first two years

Phase 2: Mechanical Design Engineer (after the Graduate Program)

After successfully completing the training program, you will grow into the position of Mechanical Design Engineer.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Designing and developing innovative machines, from concept to production
• Elaborating mechanical constructions and technical solutions
• Participating in engineering, prototyping, testing, and validation
• Taking quality, cost, and project planning into account
• Collaborating with suppliers, production, and other engineering teams
• Actively contributing ideas for product improvements and new machine concepts
• An average of approximately 10% international travel for project follow-up or technical support
