Good knowledge and experience in lease administration, tenancy matters, arrears management, tenant relations and lease negotiations Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications from recognised tertiary establishments

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in tenancy and arrears management for commercial/industrial/office buildings.
