Programme Management Executive

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive (Planning & Programme Management) to support programme scheduling, resource planning, student administration and day-to-day programme operations.
This is a 1-year contract role, with potential renewal or conversion based on performance and organisational headcount.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate programme schedules and timetables using Syllabus Plus, based on programme requirements and input from the Schools.
- Work with Heads of Schools to coordinate teaching assignments for full-time and Associate Lecturers, and maintain an updated pool of Associate Lecturers.
- Liaise with vendors on outsourced activities such as lecturer placement, contract issuance and payroll processing, and provide required information where necessary.
- Plan and manage programme resources, including rooms and lecturers, to support smooth programme delivery.
- Maintain and update programme and lecturer information in eTeam and other applicable systems.
- Coordinate examination schedules, main and re-examinations, and support the preparation of assessment materials.
- Provide student services support, including orientation, enrolment, attendance monitoring, course administration and handling of student requests.
- Follow up on student matters such as deferment, extension, exemption, programme transfer, withdrawal, fee payment and examination absences.
- Monitor students’ study pathways, attendance and module enrolment, and follow up on students who may require additional support.
- Liaise with internal academics, university partners and relevant departments on programme administration and operational matters.
- Support lecturer orientation and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Prior relevant experience in the Private Education industry will be an advantage.
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience in using resource optimization tools will be advantageous.
- Able to work rostered shift hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm.
