Identify and resolve site coordination, interface, and constructability issues.
Ensure completed works and penetrations are properly sealed, protected, and maintained in accordance with cleanroom standards.
Monitor punch-list items and ensure timely rectification and close-out.
Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality, and cleanliness requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cleanroom, MEP, EPC, or construction projects.
Certified in MOM-accredited safety courses (e.g., BCSS / SSSC); possession of CSCPM, Work-at-Height (WAH) Supervisor, or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with multinational clients and site subcontractors.
Proven ability to oversee day-to-day site construction activities and enforce cleanroom protocol.
Experience supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech facility projects is preferred.
Good site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
