MEP Supervisor - CDA / PV / PCW

Job Responsibilities Supervise and oversee installation of Compressed Dry Air (CDA), Process Vacuum (PV), and Process Cooling Water (PCW) systems. Supervise piping installation (stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, specialty plastics), pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, vacuum pumps, valves, and associated utility equipment. Coordinate process utility works and tool hook-up routes with process equipment and other MEP disciplines. Review engineering drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs, specifications, and method statements. Monitor pipe cutting, threading, welding/pressing, bracket/support installation, and equipment connections. Coordinate pressure testing, helium/pneumatic leak testing, system flushing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, workmanship, and construction progress. Identify and resolve site interface, clash, and coordination issues. Support system handover, verification testing, and quality documentation. Requirements Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant process utility, mechanical piping, MEP, or EPC construction experience. Certified in MOM-accredited safety courses (e.g., BCSS / SSSC); possession of CSCPM or relevant technical/safety certifications will be an added advantage. Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is an advantage for cross-functional collaboration on site. Proven ability to oversee mechanical utility piping and equipment installation on site. Experience with CDA, PV, and PCW systems in industrial or high-tech manufacturing plants. Able to read and interpret piping isometrics, P&IDs, and mechanical layout drawings. Semiconductor or cleanroom project experience will be an advantage. Strong subcontractor management, safety awareness, and site coordination skills.
